City Hall Closed for July 4th Holiday


UPDATE: Municipal garbage & recycling collection will occur as scheduled on Thursday, July 4th


TROY, NY – City officials have announced City Hall will be closed on Thursday, July 4th, in observation of the Independence Day holiday and will reopen Friday, July 5th, at 8:30 a.m.

UPDATED: Municipal garbage and recycling collection will occur as scheduled for Thursday, July 4th. Bulk collection will not be available on July 4th – 5th.  

Mayor Madden is reminding residents to keep sidewalks adjacent to their property free of obstacles when placing garbage and recycling bins out for collection. Please help keep our community accessible to people of all ages and abilities.
