Grievance
Meetings will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 via Zoom at the following times:
11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Completed grievance forms and supporting documentation should be returned to the Assessor’s office by May 22, 2020 in order for the files to be prepared for the Grievance Board. Your cooperation with this would be greatly appreciated.
The new tentative roll will be open for inspection on May 1, 2020

Tax Bills
The City Assessor’s Office is available to assist customers with assessment policies and procedures governed by the New York State Real Property Tax Law.
Responsible for determining and maintaining assessments, property inventory records, ownership interest, exemptions, City Owned properties, and maps on approximately 13,500 parcels.
