You may pick up a permit application from the Code Enforcement office at City Hall or download one. A list of permits are available on our Forms & Permits page. Permit fees are based on the City of Troy’s Schedule of Fees. For the homeowner or contractor who is proposing to submit construction documents for the purpose of obtaining a work permit, please read our Work Permit Submission Requirements.
ATTENTION: Permit Fees are payable by check or cash only.
