Stoneledge Terrace Residential Development

The 50.1+/- acre subject parcel was re-zoned as Planned Development (P) in August, 2010. The project entails the construction of apartment housing, containing 240 residential units, with a connecting roadway between Oakwood Avenue and Gurley Avenue, associated utilities, attached garages, surface parking lots, a Community Clubhouse, recreation facilities, walking trails, together with utility extensions for water, sanitary, electric, gas, telephone, cable and landscape improvements. The condominium and apartment buildings will be two and three-story, 12 unit buildings.
