Proposals Accepted March 5 - April 4
The City of Troy and Collar City Auctions Realty & Management, Inc. will accept sealed proposals on behalf of The City of Troy, for any of the following properties from March 5, 2008 thru April 4, 2008 until 4:30 pm.

Proposal Information Meeting March 25th
The proposal information meeting will be held on March 25, 2008 at 6:00pm in the Troy City Hall Council Chambers on the Second floor of City Hall.

Open House March 29 - March 30
Potential buyers are welcome to attend the open house during these two days. The schedule will be available on the Collar City Auctions website. You may also contact the Assessor's office at (518) 270-4408 for more information.

Live Auction August 5th
Properties not sold through the proposal process will be sold at a live auction on Tuesday, August 5, 2008, 7:00 PM in the Troy City Hall Council Chambers on the the second floor of City Hall. Registration is at 5:30 PM.
