TROY, NY – On Tuesday, August 1, Mayor Patrick Madden and Troy’s Office of Economic Development joined owners Lee Kruszeski & Alex Hulett and city, county & state representatives to celebrate the official opening of Knuckle Sandwiches, the Collar City’s newest small business, with a ribbon cutting ceremony at their new location (535 5th Avenue) on the city’s growing 5th Avenue business corridor in north Troy. The restaurant offers a variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner items including sandwiches, burgers, fries and classic deli sides. Inspired by the local Troy music scene, several Knuckle Sandwiches burgers feature names of regional and New York City rock groups.
