The City of Troy, New York (“the City”) has elected to prepare its financial statements on the statutory basis as required by the Office of the Comptroller of the State of New York for Annual Reports and in conformance with the accounting principles of the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB). The City is pleased to present its most recent completed annual updated report as filed with the New York State Comptroller’s Office in addition to previous Comprehensive Audited Financial Statements and A-133 Single Audits.
