TROY, NY – On Wednesday, October 25, Mayor Patrick Madden attended the official opening of Primerty Property Management’s administrative office in South Troy. The mayor joined owner Louis Narcavage, Primerty support staff, Steven Strichman, Troy Commissioner of Planning, and Cheryl Kennedy, Troy Economic Development Coordinator, for the ribbon cutting ceremony to commemorate the grand opening of the company’s newly-renovated office located at 351 Fourth Street. Mayor Madden commended Louis and the Primerty team for their commitment to Troy and investment in the property which brings new energy and activity to the South Troy neighborhood.
