TROY, NY – On Tuesday, October 10, Mayor Patrick Madden joined owner Paul Park, along with Katie Hammon, Executive Director of the Troy Downtown Business Improvement District, and Rensselaer County Legislator Gary Pavlic for a ribbon cutting ceremony to commemorate the grand opening of Bespoki Bowl in the City of Troy. The restaurant’s recently-renovated storefront location at 122 4th Street in historic downtown Troy serves a variety of offerings, including the traditional Hawaiian poke bowl as well as various Korean- and Japanese-inspired dishes. The mayor complimented Paul and the entire Bespoki Bowl team on their passion and vision to successfully launch a small business in the Collar City and commended them for their continued investment in the Troy community at their new location.
