Project Summary

The project involves the creation of a Master Plan and a new Zoning District to facilitate a public private partnership that will reinvent the Congress and Ferry Street Corridor.  Emphasizing its proximity to two college campuses, government buildings, and the downtown, the Master Plan will guide revitalization initiatives that include the development of market rate housing, housing for students, mixed-use office, commercial and retail spaces, and entertainment venues.
