Prospect Park Pavilion

Call the Knickerbacker Recreational Facility at (518) 235-7761 or 235-0215 to make reservations.

1. The Prospect Park Pavilion is available for rental Monday - Sunday from 8:00am until 8:30pm.
   
2. An application can be obtained at the Knickerbacker Recreational Facility in North Troy.
   
3. Application for Pavilion reservation will be honored on a first received basis.
   
4. Only one application request per applicant for the same date will be accepted.
   
5. Only one application form from members of the same group for the same date may be accepted.
   
6. Please observe the following when submitting applications:
   • Make check payable to the City of Troy for $150.00
   • A completed application can be delivered in person or by mailing it to: Knickerbacker Recreational Facility, 191 103rd Street, Troy, New York 12180.
     
7. Electricity, restrooms, and seating for 100 people with tables including: cooking grills and trash barrels are all included in the rental.
   
8. The permit is given to renter when payment is received. If someone else becomes interested, you will have an opportunity to pay first. However, if second interested party is able to pay first, they will receive the approved permit.
   
9. If alcohol is going to be consumed, an alcohol permit must also be filed with your park permit.
   
10. The Troy Police will be notified of the alcohol permits and the date of your park permit.
    
11. We ask that all garbage be thrown into trash barrels, and that the area be left presentable upon your departure.
