Traffic Advisory Issued for 4th Street

TROY, NY – City officials have issued a traffic advisory for the intersection of 4th Street and Congress Street in downtown Troy for a road closure associated with concrete pouring at the CDTA bus shelter.

On Thursday, May 28th, 4th Street between Ferry Street and Congress Street will be closed beginning at 6:30 a.m. for concrete pouring at the bus shelter. The road is expected to reopen at approximately 9:30 a.m.

Eastbound traffic on Ferry Street will be detoured to 6th Street to Congress Street to 4th Street. Northbound traffic on 4th Street will be detoured to Ferry Street to 6th Street to Congress Street.

Motorists are asked to observe posted detours and parking restrictions during the closure. Local emergency services have been notified of traffic restrictions. Homes & businesses will be open and accessible during the closure.
