Troy Officials: City Hall Closed in Observation of Election Day

TROY, NY – City officials have announced that Troy City Hall will be closed on Tuesday, November 8, 2016, in observation of Election Day and will reopen on Wednesday, November 9, at 8:30 a.m.

In addition, there will be no garbage or recycling pickup on Tuesday, November 8, 2016. Residents who normally receive Tuesday garbage and recycling pickup should bring their garbage and recycling to the curb on Tuesday evening for collection on Wednesday, November 9 when the normal garbage collection schedule resumes. Any garbage and recycling not collected on Wednesday, November 9, will be picked up on Thursday, November 10. There will no bulk trash pickup for Tuesday, November 8.
