Troy Officials Issue Traffic Advisory for Street Paving

Troy Officials Issue Traffic Advisory for Street Paving

TROY, NY – City officials have issued a traffic advisory for Congress Street, Ferry Street, and Third Street in the City of Troy, New York for street paving operations. Beginning 6:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 30, crews will be paving Congress Street between Third and Fourth Streets, Third Street between Congress and Ferry Streets, and Ferry Street between Third and Fourth Streets.

Motorists are asked to reduce speeds, use caution and watch for flaggers while traveling through work zones to ensure the safety of workers. Temporary lane closures are possible throughout Wednesday morning and afternoon. Local emergency services have been notified of the traffic restrictions and lane closures. Work is expected to be completed at approximately 5:00 p.m. The City of Troy thanks everyone for their patience at this time while crews operate on impacted streets.
