Monthly parking permits are available for purchase online only. Use our online Parking Permit Portal only. Use our portal to do the following:

You can pay using the Parking meters available throughout downtown Troy. The cost of parking in a metered parking spot in the City of Troy is $1 per hour.
- Use our mobile app to pay by phone.
- Use the extend parking option on the app to park for the full day.
You can pay for a parking ticket online, in person or by mail. If you wish to protest a parking ticket, you can do so in person or online.

Accessible parking permits are issued by the City Treasurer's office to Troy residents only. To qualify you must be a Troy resident.

Overnight, Weekend & Holiday Parking
All City-operated parking lots and garages are available for free Monday through Friday from 6 pm to 8 am, and all day on Saturday and Sunday and on these holidays.

Should you wish to pave or otherwise create a parking area, you must contact the Code Enforcement Office at 518-279-7180 for information and procedures.
