2. The Troy Local Development Corporation will be offering funding assistance for capital improvement projects to eligible commercial or mixed use projects in the City of Troy. The Community Business Investment Grant Program was established by the TLDC to assist with the redevelopment, rehabilitation, or historic preservation of vacant or underutilized properties within the City of Troy. Grants will range between $5,000 and $50,000, with a minimum 50% match requirement from the property or business owner.
