Requesting the complete set of documents for an advertised bid or Request for Proposals (RFP) does in no way guarantee any work will be awarded to the Undersigned.
All bid and RFP awards are made through strict adherence to the City of Troy Procurement Policy.
Communication made through email or any other computer messaging system shall in no way be deemed to constitute legal notice to the City or any of it's agencies, officers, employees, agents or representatives with respect to any existing or potential claim or cause of action.
