TROY, NY –City officials have announced that City Hall will be closed on Monday, January 16, in observation of Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday. City Hall will reopen on Tuesday, January 17th.
The schedule for municipal garbage and recycling collection will remain unchanged during the week of Martin Luther King day. As a reminder: requests for bulk pickup have been suspended from January 1, 2023, until approximately March 31, 2023. The temporary suspension occurs annually to ease snow removal efforts.
