City Officials Announce Available Job Opportunities in Solid Waste Management, Code Enforcement, Parks & Recreation
TROY, NY – City officials today announced the City of Troy, New York is seeking qualified individuals for open positions in key municipal departments, including the Bureau of Code Enforcement, Department of General Services, and Parks & Recreation. The city is currently accepting applications for Director of Code Enforcement, Recycling Coordinator, and Greenskeeper for the Frear Park Golf Course.
Available Job Openings:
Director of Code Enforcement: this full time position involves overall responsibility for the operation of the Bureau of Code Enforcement. The duties include overseeing a building inspection program and enforcement of various codes relating to New York State and local municipal housing standards and zoning requirements.
Greenskeeper: this full time position will be responsible for maintenance and care of greens and fairways at the Frear Park Municipal Golf Course and supervision of golf course maintenance staff.
Recycling Coordinator: this full time position involves professional and administrative responsibility for developing, maintaining and implementing a recycling and materials recovery plan and program in the City of Troy, New York.
The City of Troy is also seeking applications for seasonal/part-time positions with the Department of Public Works, Parks & Recreation, and the Frear Park Golf Course.
