City Officials Issue Traffic Advisory for Neighborhood Street Improvements
TROY, NY – City officials have issued a traffic advisory for road closures and parking restrictions associated with neighborhood milling and paving work, scheduled to begin September 28th 30th, and continue through mid-October.
Mayor Madden said, “We’re pleased to begin our next round of milling and paving work in neighborhoods throughout the city, part of our annual street improvement work. Your cooperation is critical to ensure this work can be conducted quickly and effectively, and I thank Troy families and businesses for their patience while this important road restoration work is underway this fall.”

Residents can review published traffic advisories at www.troyny.gov/traffic
Motorists residents should observe all traffic detours and posted parking restrictions reduce speeds and use caution when near the work zone to protect the safety of workers. Local emergency services have been notified of traffic restrictions.
Residents can report potholes near their home using the City’s online pothole reporting tool at www.troyny.gov/potholes.
