PAY PARKING TICKET
Parking tickets can be paid on-line, in person or by mail. If paying by check, please make checks payable to: City of Troy.
You will need your license plate number and Parking Ticket number in order to pay on-line.

Parking tickets can be paid in person at the Treasurer’s Office in Troy City Hall. The Treasurer’s Office is open to the public for payments Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
PARKING TICKET PROTEST
Parking tickets can be protested on-line or in person.
You will need your license plate number and Parking Ticket number in order to dispute on-line.
Parking tickets can be protested every Tuesday of each month. If protest day falls on a major holiday the City may designate another day during the week. Please call the Treasures office at (518) 279-7115 to confirm if another day has been scheduled.
Parking ticket protest is held in Troy City Hall at 433 River Street.
If you wish to protest a parking ticket you may do so in the following manner:
- The individual who received the parking ticket must appear at Troy City Hall on Tuesday morning between 8:45 a.m. and 10:15 a.m.,
- The individual who received the ticket must have a copy of the ticket with them when they appear. If you do not have a copy of your ticket, you can request a copy from the Treasurer’s Office window upon arriving at City Hall. You must have a copy of the parking ticket in hand prior to meeting with the City Attorney.
- When you arrive at City hall to protest your parking ticket, you must sign in to the parking ticket protest log.
- You will be called to conference the matter with the City Attorney.
