Parking tickets can be paid in person at the Treasure’s Offices in City Hall. A payment can also be made online, or by mail:

Parking Ticket Protest
In response to recommendations issued by state and federal health officials, the City’s normal parking ticket dispute process is suspended until further notice.Parking tickets can be protested every Tuesday of each month. If protest day falls on a major holiday the City may designate another day during the week. Please call the Treasures office at (518) 279-7115 to confirm.
Parking ticket protest is held at Troy City Hall. If you wish to protest a parking ticket you may do so in the following manner:
The individual who received the ticket must appear at Troy City Hall on Tuesday morning between 8:45 a.m. and 10:15 a.m.,The individual who received the ticket must have a copy of the ticket with them when they appear.When you arrive at Troy City Hall you must sign in.You will be called to conference the matter with the City Attorney.
