Troy Capital Resource Corporation (CRC)
**MEETING FORMAT CHANGE FOR MARCH 17, 2020**
The Governor in Executive Order No. 202.1 (click here for full version) has temporarily modified the Open Meetings Law to allow meetings of public bodies to be held remotely by conference call or similar services. In light of the potential risks to public health and safety from the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), the New York State Economic Development Council has recommended that all IDAs replace in person open meetings with remote telephonic or other digital meetings until the crisis has passed.
During this difficult time, we feel the best course of action is to have the IDA and CRC March 20 meetings. We want to complete our annual report in a timely manner and also keep business going in Troy, but must do so in the most responsible and safe manner.
As a result, the in-person IDA and CRC audit meetings and regular meetings will be held via telephone conference on March 20, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. The public may submit written comments in advance of the meeting by e-mail to [email protected].
