Ingalls Avenue Boat Launch Groundbreaking Ceremony

On Thursday, September 20, Mayor Patrick Madden will be joined by local and state officials for the official groundbreaking for the Ingalls Avenue Boat Launch project. The boat launch is part of the City’s continued efforts to expand public access to the Hudson River and support the continued revitalization of Troy’s waterfront.
