The Monument Square Selection Committee, Mayor Patrick Madden, and the Troy Local Development Corporation invites the community to attend a meet-and-greet with Hoboken Brownstone Company (HBC), the selected developer for the One Monument Square project.

The event will be held at the Arts Center of the Capital Region (265 River Street, Troy) at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 16th.

Attendees will have an opportunity to meet HBC’s principals as they talk about their experience, approach to delivering transformative projects, general vision for the Monument Square site, and answer questions from the community.

This event is open to the public, and all are welcome to attend.
