Mayor Madden: City Accepting Bids on Available City-Owned Foreclosed Properties

TROY, NY – Mayor Patrick Madden today announced the City of Troy is accepting bids for purchase of available city-owned foreclosed properties. A total of 64 properties are available for sale, including 1 and 2 family homes, and vacant land zoned for residential use. A full list of available foreclosed properties is available on the City Assessor’s Office webpage.

Mayor Madden said, “The sale of foreclosed properties remains one of our most popular programs, helping to return inactive buildings and empty lots to productive use and stabilize neighborhoods impacted by vacancy. We encourage the public to explore the list of available properties available for sale this April.”
