TROY, NY – On Wednesday, September 26, Mayor Patrick Madden joined representatives of Redburn Development and PAZ Healthcare, Michael Yevoli, Regional President of Empire State Development, Assemblyman John McDonald, the Capital Region Chamber, the Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce and local officials to officially break ground on the Collar Factory Lofts, a historic rehabilitation project in Troy’s North Central neighborhood. When complete, the property will include nearly 80 apartments, street-level commercial and retail space and other amenities in the 90,000 s/f property located at 701 River Street.
