Traffic Advisory Issued for Street Paving on River Street

TROY, NY (November 15, 2021) – City officials have issued a traffic advisory for roadway improvement work on River Street. Beginning 6:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 16th, crews will be paving River Street between Hoosick Street and Federal Street.

King Street will be closed between Federal Street and River Street. Northbound traffic will be detoured to Federal Street.

Traffic delays are expected. Motorists are asked to reduce speeds, follow posted detours, watch for flaggers, and use caution in the work zone to keep workers safe. Local emergency services have been notified of traffic restrictions.
