Traffic Advisory: Parking Restrictions for Film Production

TROY, NY – City officials have issued a traffic advisory for parking restrictions and road closures associated with a film production beginning Thursday, May 20th. A map of impacted streets is available here.

Parking restrictions will be in effect for the following streets beginning 9:00 am, Thursday, May 20th through Wednesday, May 26th:

  • Portions of 3rd Street between Liberty Street and Washington Street

Parking restrictions will be in effect for the following streets beginning 10:00 pm, Friday, May 21st through Wednesday, May 26th:

  • Washington Street between 3rd and 4th Streets
  • Ashland Place between 3rd and 4th Streets

Parking restrictions will be in effect for the following streets beginning 6:00 pm, Sunday, May 23rd through Wednesday, May 26th:

  • 3rd Street between Washington Street and Ashland Place
  • Portions of Washington Place between 3rd Street and 2nd Street

Road closures will also be in effect for the above-listed streets. Additional parking restrictions will be in effect at the intersection of River Street and 1st Street in downtown Troy beginning Thursday, May 20th. Additional road closures and parking restrictions will be issued next week.

Residents and businesses on impacted streets have been directly notified of and are reminded to observe all posted parking restrictions. The City of Troy thanks the impacted residents and businesses for their patience and assistance during the filming production process.
