TROY, NY (Dec 6) – Mayor Mantello and Chief Celluci held a Promotions Ceremony for four dedicated Troy Firefighters. At the ceremony Mayor Mantello stated, “These 4 firefighters have answered the call to serve their community and keep our residents safe. I say this many times – While many run from danger, you are all running towards it.” Lieutenants Adam Manning and Scott Morrissey were promoted to Captains. Firefighters Conor Patenaude and Tyler Bulson were promoted to Lieutenants. Congratulations and thank you!
