Traffic Circle Removed from Intersection of Sausse Avenue and 15th Street

At the direction of Mayor Carmella Mantello Troy Department of Public Utilities employees removed the traffic circle located at the intersection of Sausse Avenue and 15th Street on Wednesday, January 10th. The brick and concrete junction had become a public safety issue for motorists and pedestrians.
