On Tuesday evening Mayor Mantello, Fire Chief Rich Cellucci and members of the Troy City Council honored three members of our community for heroic actions.
Dr. Tessa LaBounty, firefighter Richard Bellamy and Joseph Elgiser saved the life of a person who was choking at a restaurant in December 15th, 2023.
They were presented a resolution from the City Council and Mayor Mantello.
