TROY, NY (April 21) – Operation Refresh, the City of Troy's intense spring cleaning program, continues tomorrow, 4/22. We ask all residents to check the spring cleaning schedule for their street's designated day, and to follow posted parking restrictions. Signs go out 24 hours in advance. Violators will be towed.
