Troy, NY (May 3) - 'Tis the season! City officials have issued a traffic advisory for road closures and parking restrictions in downtown Troy for the weekly Troy Waterfront Farmers Market. Beginning Saturday, May 4, and recurring every Saturday through October, the following roads will be closed to vehicle traffic:
• River Street, between 3rd Street and State Street
• Broadway, between 3rd Street and River Street
• 2nd Street, between State Street and River Street
Parking restrictions will also be in effect every Saturday, 6:00am – 3:00pm, for the above referenced streets. Drivers are asked to observe all posted parking restrictions. Vehicles parked illegally will be ticketed and towed, both at the owner’s expense.
