Cooling Stations and Splash Pads Open This Weekend

TROY, NY (June 21) – Surprise! The City of Troy will continue to have cooling stations and splash pads available for use this weekend! With temperatures hitting the high 80's, make sure you stop at one of the named locations to cool off.

The Troy Fire Department will have cooling stations available from 2pm to 7pm throughout the weekend at:

Rensselaer Park Elementary School

- 70 110th St

Historic Market in Little Italy

- 5th Ave, Liberty and Hill St

Lansingburgh Boys and Girls Club

- Intersection of 113th St and 4th Ave

City of Troy splash pads will be available from sunrise to sunset at:

Corliss Park

- 1100 8th Ave

Geneva Pompey Park

- 7th Avenue and Ingalls Ave

Frear Park

- Lavin Ct, adjacent to Frear Park Ice Rink

Prospect Park

- 65 Prospect Park Rd

William Chamberlain Riverfront Park

- 255 Front St
