TROY, NY (Nov 25) – Today, Mayor Mantello, several local officials, family and friends (Jim’s wife, Phyllis, children, grandchildren and relatives) recognized the life and contributions of former Deputy Mayor, “Troy Boy”, and beloved community member Jim Conroy and dedicated a portion of Second Street as “Jim Conroy Way”.
