TROY, NY (Dec 2) – The City of Troy's annual tree lighting ceremony will take place on Thursday, December 5th at 5:30pm. The ceremony will kick off the start of the holiday season, as the 42nd Annual Troy Victorian Stroll will follow on Sunday, December 8th from 11:00am to 5:00pm.
