TROY, NY (August 16) - The love was palpable at the sign designation for 'Al Prater Way' this morning. Mayor Mantello and Diversity, Opportunity and Outreach Director Pryor had the privilege of honoring Al Prater and the profound impact he has had on the City's youth. His sign hangs proudly next to 'Earl Harrison Way,' his best friend and colleague.
Al- thank you for all that you have done for the City of Troy. Your dedication and love for the City's youth has left a permanent mark on many.
