Mayor Carmella Mantello Announces the Return of Earth Week in the City of Troy

TROY, NY – Mayor Carmella R. Mantello today announced the return of the City of Troy’s annual Earth Week celebration, scheduled from Monday, April 21st to Sunday, April 27, 2025. Earth Week unites the Troy community in a shared mission to enhance the city’s neighborhoods and promote environmental sustainability. Each April, organizations throughout Troy host cleanup events, reinforcing a city-wide commitment to beautification and preservation. This tradition fosters a cleaner, greener community and strengthens civic pride.

“We are thrilled to once again partner with residents, businesses, and local organizations to make a lasting impact on our community,” said Mayor Mantello. “Earth Week in the City of Troy is a beloved tradition that brings people together with a shared purpose much like our Pitch-In Program. Our Quality-of-Life Action Task Force has been hard at work since January, and we’re looking forward to continuing that momentum through Earth Week!”
