*Multiple area variances on a single property will be charged one variance fee
Site Plan Review (Based on the Value of the Project)
- Valuation Up to $10,000: $250
- Valuation $10,001 to $100,000: $400
- Valuation $100,001 to $500,000: $500
- Valuation $500,001 and above: $750
Subdivision Review (Based on Number of Lots)
- Minor (under 5 lots): $300
- Major (6 lots or more): $500
Extension of expiring approval
- within 2 years of approval: No Fee
- after 2 years of approval: 1/2 of the the original fee
Historic Reviews
- Board Review: No Fee
- Certificate of Appropriateness (minor repair and maintenance): No Fee
