Household Hazardous Waste Items

Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) is a product or item in your home which can be dangerous, toxic, or otherwise unsafe. These items are typically labeled as flammable, corrosive (damages metals and skin), or toxic.

If you have leftover products, such as paint, pesticides, and aerosol cans containing toxic materials, contact us to find out if you can bring them to our HHW disposal days. Advanced registration is required. This service is free for Troy residents!
