Monthly Permits

The City of Troy offers monthly parking permits for City lots and garages. The rate is $75 per month. Monthly parking permits are available for purchase online only using our Parking Permit Portal. If there are no vacancies in the desired lot you can consider another lot or be placed on a waiting list. You will also be given the option to renew a permit.

Park for the Day

We do not offer daily parking permits. Use the extended stay option on our parking meter app to park for the day.
