The City of Troy is committed to connecting our residents with the services they need quickly and effectively. Residents can report issues in their neighborhood by using the City's non-emergency Online Services page. If you are experiencing a life-threatening or public safety-related emergency (house fire, crime in progress, medical, etc.), please call 911.
Make a Payment
The City accepts online payment for property taxes, utility and recycling bills, and parking tickets. A payment can be made online by using a credit card or debit card. An electronic check can be used for property and utility bills only.

Report an Issue
Use our online forms to report an issue to Code Enforcement. If you wish to report a code violation by phone, call the Code Enforcement Hotline at 518-270-4404.
Use the following forms to report an issue to Public Utilities. If your utility issue is an emergency or requires an immediate response, please call the Public Utilities dispatcher at 518-237-0241.
