Operation Refresh: Week 4 Schedule
TROY, NY (May 5) – Operation Refresh, the City of Troy's intense spring cleaning program, continues tomorrow, 5/6. In addition to street sweeping, the City of Troy will begin street paving! We ask all residents to check the spring cleaning schedule for their street's designated day, and to follow posted parking restrictions. Signs go out 24 hours in advance. Violators will be towed.
